# About TealSeed
TealSeed is the name of our software studio, established in June 2023, with the hope of creating works that are both fun and loving.
The term Teal originates from the book Reinventing Organizations, written by Frédéric Laloux in 2014, representing a more advanced, systemic and people-centric organisation.
We are a small team that encourages each member to be self-driven and express themselves authentically. We only focus on creating products that we enjoy using.
The word Seed symbolizes the starting point of life and vitality. We are sowing the seeds of hope, with the anticipation that they will take root in our studio.
